A seasoned strategic and operational leader, Betty brings more than 15 years experience as an executive and senior manager in the telecommunications, cable, oil and gas, and electric utility industries.

Throughout her career, Betty has championed operational and service excellence, and managed major projects designed to increase customer satisfaction and revenue, all while creating more efficient operations. Her knowledge and expertise in managing people, process, and technology are key to Betty's many successes in improved customer service and increased sales.

A graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland (BA – Economics and Political Science), Betty has also completed MBA studies at McMaster University and York University Business Schools in Ontario. She earned her Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation in 2008. She is a member of the Project Management Institute of Canada and the Nova Scotia Chapter.
